Instructions for Scheduling Weight Loss Injections

Step 1: Please get in touch with us. We're here to explain everything you need to know about weight loss injections and help you find the best option for your needs. Call us at 618-900-7638

Step 2: Book an appointment for a telemedicine consultation. Because Semaglutide is a prescription medication, it's important to have a virtual meeting with our healthcare provider. They'll evaluate if it's the right choice for you and give the green light to start treatment. The telemedicine consultation has a one-time fee of $75.

Note: We recommend selecting the 15-minute telemedicine consultation option. The system will ask for your credit card information, but it will only charge for no show appointments. You'll pay for the consultation during your first injection appointment. After you make the booking, you'll receive an email with confidential forms to fill out. Once you've completed these forms, you'll get another email with a link to your virtual consultation.

Step 3: Please reach out to us at 618-900-7638 once you have your telemedicine visit scheduled to book your injection appointment.

What is tirzepatide?
Tirzepatide is acts as dual glucagon-like peptide-1 (GLP-1) and glucose-dependent insulinotropic peptide (GIP) receptor agonist. It is administered once weekly and used off label to treat obesity.

How does it work for weight loss?
These peptides will work to help lower your blood sugar after eating by triggering an insulin release. It also slows down how quickly food leaves your stomach (called gastric emptying).

The result of these actions causes you to feel full — lowering your appetite and causing you to lose weight. It can cause an average 20% reduction in weight.

Semaglutide is a medication for weight loss. While originally developed as a treatment for type 2 diabetes, Semaglutide has been found to have significant effects on weight reduction. As a glucagon-like peptide-1 (GLP-1) receptor agonist, Semaglutide works by mimicking the effects of the naturally-occurring hormone GLP-1 in the body. It stimulates insulin secretion, lowers glucagon secretion, and slows down the rate at which food is absorbed into the bloodstream. This leads to improved blood sugar control in patients with type 2 diabetes, but also reduces appetite and increases feelings of fullness, resulting in weight loss. In clinical trials, patients who took Semaglutide for weight loss achieved significantly greater weight loss than those who took a placebo. It is available in a once-weekly injectable form and is usually prescribed alongside diet and exercise changes. Like any medication, Semaglutide may have side effects, including nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, and constipation. There is also a potential risk of pancreatitis or thyroid tumors in some individuals. Overall, Semaglutide is a promising option for those struggling with weight loss, providing significant and sustained weight loss benefits. It should only be used under the guidance of a healthcare provider, and patients should be monitored for potential side effects. Our Vitamin weight loss shot works well paired with Semaglutide. MICC and Lipo injections contain vitamins and amino acids that assist in metabolism by converting fat into energy. Ask about our special pricing when you purchase a month of Semaglutide.
